Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how SysWallet handles personal, financial, and Google Sheets Sync data when you use the app and related services.

1. Introduction

SysWallet is a personal-finance application from SysFlow AI Solutions. SysWallet helps users manage accounts, transactions, budgets, scheduled payments, receipts, financial documents, voice-based transaction entry, bank alerts, and financial insights.

This policy applies to information processed through SysWallet, including optional features that you choose to enable or use.

2. Information We Process

SysWallet processes information needed to provide the app features you request. Optional feature data is processed only when you choose to use the relevant feature.

  • Account and profile information, such as email address, display name, country, and preferred currency where applicable.
  • Financial records you choose to enter, such as accounts, transactions, budgets, planned payments, categories, and notes.
  • Receipt images and extracted receipt details when you use receipt scanning.
  • Uploaded financial documents and extracted document details when you use document analysis.
  • Voice audio, transcripts, and extracted transaction details when you use voice entry.
  • Bank-message or Android bank-notification data when you enable related features.
  • Technical data needed to operate the app, such as authentication state, push-notification tokens, usage counters, subscription status, diagnostics, and security-related logs where applicable.
  • Google Sheets Sync data, as described below.

Google Sheets Sync and Google API Data

Signed-in users can connect Google Sheets to create a SysWallet finance template, use supported spreadsheet tabs for transactions and planned payments, preview rows before importing them, apply approved rows into SysWallet, and disconnect the integration.

The current implementation requests these Google OAuth scopes: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets. The app is designed to use the spreadsheet associated with your SysWallet connection, including the Transactions and Scheduled Payments tabs, but the spreadsheets scope may permit broader access to Google spreadsheets than only selected files.

Google OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before database storage. The mobile client receives connection status and spreadsheet URLs, not raw token values.

When you disconnect Google Sheets Sync, SysWallet clears stored OAuth tokens and connection OAuth state from its database and attempts to revoke the Google token with Google. You can also review and remove app access from your Google Account.

SysWallet's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. How Information Is Used

Information may be used to provide and protect the requested app functions, including to:

  • Save and synchronize user-entered financial information.
  • Process voice commands, receipts, documents, and supported bank messages.
  • Generate analysis and forecasting features.
  • Operate subscriptions, entitlement checks, and usage limits.
  • Send notifications where enabled.
  • Maintain security, prevent abuse, and diagnose technical problems.

5. Service Providers

SysWallet uses service providers where needed to operate specific features. Based on production-reachable code paths, these may include:

  • Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and server-side data access.
  • Google OAuth and Google Sheets API for Google Sheets Sync.
  • Google Cloud Vision for receipt OCR where configured.
  • Google Cloud Speech-to-Text for voice transcription where configured.
  • OpenAI for AI-assisted extraction, classification, transaction review, and financial analysis.
  • RevenueCat for subscription status, purchase, restore, and entitlement checks.
  • Expo push-notification services for push notification delivery where enabled.
  • Resend for the existing feedback email endpoint where configured.
  • open.er-api.com for exchange-rate lookup in supported currency-conversion flows.

6. Advertising

SysWallet does not display advertising and does not use the Advertising ID. Earlier versions included an ad-supported tier using Google AdMob; ads, guest ads, and the related consent flow have been removed. The app is supported by optional Pro subscriptions only.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

SysWallet retains information for as long as needed to provide the app features, maintain records you choose to keep, operate security and diagnostics, and satisfy applicable operational needs. No fixed retention period is stated here because it may vary by data type and feature.

You may request deletion of your personal data, disconnect Google Sheets Sync from the app, or contact SysFlow AI Solutions for privacy and deletion requests at info@sysflow.cloud.

8. Security

SysWallet uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect user information. Google OAuth tokens used for Google Sheets Sync are encrypted before database storage. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.

9. Children's Privacy

SysWallet is not intended for children under the minimum applicable age and does not knowingly collect personal data from children in violation of applicable law.

This policy may be updated from time to time. The latest revision date will be shown on this page.
