2. The SysWallet Service
SysWallet is a personal finance app that helps users manage accounts, transactions, budgets, scheduled payments, receipts, financial documents, voice-based transaction entry, bank alerts, Google Sheets Sync, and financial insights.
SysWallet is not a bank, payment processor, broker, investment adviser, tax adviser, or legal adviser.
3. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials, device, and authentication methods secure. You are also responsible for the accuracy of information you enter or approve in SysWallet.
Some features may require an authenticated account, subscription status, platform support, or third-party service availability.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse SysWallet or related services. This includes attempting to bypass limits, access another user's data, interfere with service operation, upload unlawful content, reverse engineer protected systems, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law.
5. Financial Information and Decisions
SysWallet may organize financial records and generate insights based on information you provide or approve. Outputs are for personal organization and informational purposes only. You remain responsible for reviewing transactions, budgets, imported rows, reminders, forecasts, and any decisions you make based on the app.
6. AI, OCR, Voice, and Bank Alert Features
AI-assisted, OCR, voice, document, and bank-alert features may produce incomplete or inaccurate results. You should review and confirm extracted merchants, categories, dates, amounts, currencies, notes, and account details before relying on them or saving them.
7. Google Sheets Sync
If you connect Google Sheets, you authorize SysWallet to use the Google access you grant to create a finance template, read supported spreadsheet tabs, preview rows, apply approved rows into SysWallet, write sync statuses, and disconnect the integration when requested.
You are responsible for reviewing spreadsheet data before applying it. Duplicate protection and validation are provided to reduce errors, but they do not guarantee that every duplicate or incorrect row will be detected.
8. Subscriptions, Usage Limits, and Ads
Some features may be limited, metered, or require a Pro subscription. Subscription status and entitlements may be verified through RevenueCat or platform purchase providers. Guest users and eligible non-Pro users may see ads where supported. Pro subscribers should not see ads after subscription status is recognized by the app.
9. Third-Party Services
SysWallet relies on third-party services for features such as authentication, storage, AI processing, OCR, speech-to-text, subscriptions, ads, push notifications, email delivery, exchange rates, and Google Sheets Sync. These services may have their own terms and availability limits.
10. Privacy
Your use of SysWallet is also governed by the SysWallet Privacy Policy, which explains how personal, financial, and Google API data is handled.
11. Changes, Availability, and Termination
SysFlow AI Solutions may update SysWallet, add or remove features, change usage limits, or discontinue parts of the service. We may suspend or restrict access if necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, comply with law, or prevent abuse.
12. Disclaimers and Limits
SysWallet is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, SysFlow AI Solutions does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every financial situation.
